Handy Volunteers
Handy volunteers help the community by providing minor home repairs such as changing light bulbs, hanging curtains, painting, drywall repair, changing door knobs or locks, and more. If our handy volunteers are up to the task we will take care of it! More skilled projects include installing grab bars, ramps, concrete or step repair to help our clients stay safe in their homes. These projects are completed always based on volunteer acceptance. CICOA serves over 8,000 clients and many have handy volunteer needs.
Must provide basic tools such as hammer, screwdriver, drill, tape measure, and level. Materials for project completion will be provided. Projects will be completed based on volunteer and clients time.
