Provide Respite Childcare for Families!
Description
Respite Care at Easterseals Crossroads provide childcare for the parents of children with disabilities. We need volunteers to support staff in supervising children with disabilities and their typically-developing siblings, ages 6 months to 12 years, in the following areas:
- Parents’ Day Out: This program usually occurs every third Saturday from 10:00am to 2:00pm.
- Parents’ Night Out: This program usually occurs every Friday from 5:30 to 10:00pm
Volunteers can expect to assist with activities such as crafts, reading, and playtime.
This can be a one time or on going volunteer opportunity.
